Our reservation system for this highly competitive market, Welcome Anywhere, has proved very popular because of its ease of use, portability (it is fully web-based and can therefore be accessed from any web-connected computer in the world) and commission-free online booking.  It simply offers a reservation chart, customer database, the ability to create invoices and, crucially, an easy to use online booking system for visitors to your website.

In what is a first for a system of this size, we have developed a link between Welcome Anywhere and the Buttons EPoS touch screen till system.

The centrepiece of the solution is a touch screen EPoS till; one machine running your bar and room inventory.

The tills we supply are essentially PCs and can therefore run both the Buttons EPoS software and provide access to your Welcome Anywhere booking chart at the same time. When you check a reservation into a room in Welcome Anywhere, a corresponding room account is automatically opened on the till, allowing you to post food and drinks bills to their invoice.
