Welcome Online is compatible with the Welcome 21st Property Management System and the Welcome Anywhere booking system for smaller establishments.

Room rates, special offers and packages can be published on your website and instantly updated whenever you adjust them. You can set prices from day to day, apply restrictions such as minimum stays and offer special rates to corporate customers without alienating new business. Room availability is constantly synchronised with your front desk and any bookings made through your website are automatically transferred to the reservation chart.

And dont worry, you will have complete control over how much availability you are letting out. Need to block a weekend off for a wedding? No problem.

We host the system and can customise with your website banner and background colours. Optional Extras and Discount Codes

A key aspect of any online booking service is the ability to 'up sell'. Once the guest has chosen their arrival date and rate, Welcome Online allows you to offer them optional extras for their stay. These might include champagne on arrival for your romantic packages, room upgrades or even excursion tickets if you have an agreement with a local tourist attraction. You'll no doubt have plenty of other ideas as to how you can enhance your guests' stay and increase their booking value to you,  and the optional extras feature in Welcome Online will enable you to do just that.

The discount code feature allows percentage-based discounts to be offered to guests booking via your website. Codes can be run over certain time periods or activated as and when needed. Particularly useful for seasonal promotions, or web-booking discounts, the codes are entered by the guest during the booking process and automatically deduct the appropriate percentage discount from the stay total. When used in conjunction with e-marketing campaigns, discount codes can often be the hook which convinces customers to place their booking with you!

Flexible Payment Options

Online booking shouldn't have to cost an arm and a leg. From experience, we know that it is better to be flexible, therefore Welcome Online is available on a number of different pricing structures, starting at a commission rate of just 3% per booking with no set up fee. We think you'll struggle to find a better deal elsewhere for fully integrated online booking.

If you run a guesthouse or B&B, Welcome Online is included as standard with the Welcome Anywhere Booking System, which starts at just £35 +VAT per month.
