Welcome Anywhere includes the popular Welcome Online Booking Module as standard, offering your guests a clear and easy-to-use booking system, direct from your website. With optional links to Barclays, PayPal or Worldpay, you can take deposit payments from guests at the time they place their booking or, alternatively, capture their credit card details (more).

Portable Reservation Chart
Welcome Anywhere is fully web-based and accessed via your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer). This means there is no on-site installation required, no special equipment needed, no lengthy training sessions to take you away from the task of running your business and, more importantly, means you can access your booking chart from any web connected computer in the world.
It even works on iPhones and iPads for the mobile hotelier!
The booking chart is the first thing you'll see after logging in and it clearly displays your arrivals, room availability and historical bookings. With a few clicks of the mouse, you can jump anywhere in time via the calendar and choose how many nights availability you wish to see on screen.
Bookings are colour coded so you know which reservations are confirmed, provisional, checked in or checked out. Clicking a guest name instantly takes you into the booking details for that reservation.
Clicking a green square will allow you to create a new booking for the selected room and arrival date.
Bookings made from your website (and third party websites, if you sign up to Welcome Connect) will automatically place themselves into the appropriate room without you having to lift a finger.
It really is one of the most simple yet powerful booking systems you'll use!

Reporting
Welcome Anywhere offers a selection of useful reports which allow you to view historical occupancy statistics and forecast for the future. Report types range from rooms to customer groups and produce a number of key statistics including average room rate, RevPAR (revenue per available room) average lead time and occupancy. All reports can be exported to CSV files for further analysis in Microsoft Excel.

Rate Managment
Offering competitive rates is a key consideration for any business in the hospitality industry and particularly in the B&B and guesthouse market. It is therefore essential that the tools at your disposal make rate management as simple and effective as possible. Welcome Anywhere allows you to create and edit rates with ease. We refer to them as 'packages' and each one can include any number of 'package items' which will determine the value of each guest's stay.
You can set seasonal packages by date and packages that only apply on certain days of the week. All package items (i.e. accommodation, breakfast, dinner, etc) can be set as per person, per room and with a minimum stay restriction, if applicable (you would use this if you have a special rate which is only available for a stay of two nights or more, for example).
To further enhance your guests' experience and your bottom line, Welcome Anywhere also allows you to add optional extras, specific to each package. For example, why not offer champagne on arrival for your honeymoon package, or excursion tickets if you have an agreement with a local tourism company?

Channel Management
Welcome Anywhere is fully compatible with the Welcome Connect Channel Manager. This provides the automated transfer of rates and availability to third party agency websites such as Booking.com. Any bookings made via the agency website are automatically transferred to your Welcome Anywhere reservation chart and you have full control over exactly which rooms and rates each agency receives. You can even set lead times to direct only late availability to the higher-commission channels. (more)
EPOS Interface
For those establishments also running bars and restaurants, we can offer Welcome Anywhere with a link to our 'Buttons' point of sale till system.
Unique to this market, the link not only includes our long-established Electronic Point of Sale (EPoS) till software, but also provides direct connectivity between the front of house and bar/restaurant. For example, checking a guest into the Welcome Anywhere system automatically opens a room account on the till, allowing the posting of food and drinks bills directly to their room invoice. (more)
